A small white chapel stands on a rocky headland above the beach. It’s a popular photo spot with sea views and attracts both visitors and locals.
Nearby are underground catacombs/tombs, which were historically used as early Christian worship sites — possibly dating back many centuries.
The chapel operates mainly on certain feast days (including 24 September) but can be visited year-round.
Ayia Thekla is also a growing residential area with villa estates along the coast and holiday rentals, making it appealing for quieter stays near Ayia Napa.

The villa is located in a very quiet location of Ayia Thekla close to a virtually undiscovered beach. It has two bedrooms on the first floor which have great storage wardrobes wall to wall. Both bedrooms are double and both share a small balcony and a spacious family bathroom. The family bathroom also has a towel radiator.
