Kapparis is a mixture of residential and holiday homes. The village is open all year round offering amenities to residents out of season. The amenities of Kapparis are kiosks/supermarkets/restaurants/bars/ice cream shops/bakeries etc etc. Along the coast line of Kapparis there are many excellent beaches and bays all linked by a cliff walk give you access easily to them all in summer and good exercise over cooler months.

The older complex of Sunny Coast is located right in the middle of the Kapparis avenue, although it does not have a communal pool as you are so close to the coast under 500m you have the choice of many beaches and bays.

This apartment has been tastefully and well thought out. The renovation has been a great success. The extension added on a bedroom that opens out onto the patios which is also accessed from the living area. Both bedrooms have double beds and share a very modern wet room. The kitchen has been carefully designed to give maximum space and storage and its modern finish makes it feel very stylish. The lounge is well laid out with plenty of seating and a huge smart tv. Internet is also installed therefore optional. Each room has ceiling fans and the bedroom and living area have shutters.
