Pernera is a small tourist resort located between the holiday resort of Protaras and Ayia Triada in the Famagusta district. Pernera is known for its crystal-clear waters and many golden sand beaches and bays. Predominately a tourist Resort with a host of popular hotels and apartment with all the amenities from boat trips, restaurants, bars etc on your door step. You can also wander along the boardwalk and grab a coffee in the many seaside cafes and restaurants or indeed relax and have a massage while listening to the waves of the sea.

The property is a decent size house with three bedrooms. Upstairs you will find a landing area forking off to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. Two twin bedded rooms to the back of the house facing over the pool and towards the sea. One twin bedroom has a balcony. Then to the front of the house you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

On the ground floor the lounge is to the front of the house, then sweeps round into the open plan dining room then further round to the back of the house is the nicely laid out modern kitchen.

Outside you will find a private pool and area for alfresco dining and Barbequing.

Suitable for a couple or a young family.
