Just east of the beach is Ayia Thekla Church and a collection of ancient tombs in the rocks. Just west of the beach is a beach bar where the weekly market is held year round every Wednesday. Just east of Ayia Thekla is the new Ayia Napa Marina which will have it’s own beach, shops, restaurants and entertainments. The main beach is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands just a short way out. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetri, the rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot.

The villa itself is on a very spacious plot with area all round the house to relax whether its relaxing around the larger than normal pool or seeking some shade for alfresco dining closer to the villa you will be able to enjoy to grounds. (note the owner is replacing the pool liner at the end of summer so it will be brand new) Inside the property it has been nicely furnished and comfortable. With the kitchen tucked to the rear and the dining and living area towards the front of the property it all feels like each area has its own space. There is a guest wc on the ground floor.
