This apartment is well presented,  well maintained, 1st floor property in great condition.  It would be more suitable for a professional couple or single person.  Someone who is very house proud to keep this apartment in good condition would be ideal.

The apartment is very nicely furnished throughout.  The master bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan, the second bed room with views of the fields and beyond also is a double and the share a family bathroom.  The apartment has a fresh spacious feel with the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen all with their own space.  The kitchen is nicely proportioned also with views to the fields and beyond.  The lounge is comfortable with good quality modern furniture.  Over all the apartment has everything that you need to simple move in and even has internet available just to connect to saving on installation costs.  Allocated parking is below the apartment.

The complex has a very nice communal pool which is also well maintained and the complex is located on the edge of the village in a quiet location on the road heading toward Freneros.

Avgorou Village in the Famagusta district is one of the Red Soil Villages (Kokkinochoria) which are famous for their agricultural produce.  As a farming village it grows delicious potatoes, vegetables and citrus fruit due the mineral rich red earth.  It celebrates the bumper crops each year in July with the Potatoes Festival.  There are many quirky tavernas, bars and restaurants and village shops to provide everything you need.

The beaches of Kapparis are approx a 20 min drive or Ayia Thekla only a 15 min drive.  There are plenty of other villages to drive through and many routes to take on the way making the drive enjoyable and interesting.
