Kapparis is a coastal village know as the sea side resort of Paralimni. Part of the Famagusta district. It is a good mix of residential and tourist town attracting both local and visitors to the area. There are a number of places to eat and drink and the area has many amenities from shops, supermarkets, ice cream parlours, bakeries and more. There are several beaches in Kapparis including the famous beach called Fireman’s Beach and they even have a specific beach for animal lovers to take their beloved pets. The coastal road in Kapparis is called Kennedy Ave reportedly because the US President Kennedy visited many years ago before the invasion.

This house is very deceiving form the kerb appeal as its more spacious than you would think. On the ground level the outside is wrapped around with very usable covered and uncovered areas. To the front you have a good size patio with a pergola, to the side parking then a uncovered area on round to a built in kitchen/BBQ area covered with another pergola. There is also an outside shower.
