Avgorou, Famagusta District, Cyprus, 5510, Cyprus
Currently Rented, Rented €750 PCM - Bungalow

A rare find in the village of Avgorou this three bedroom property is ideal for those who like village/countryside life.

The  Village of Avgorou is n the Ammochostos (Famagusta) district, and is one of the ‘red soil villages’ (Kokkinochoria).  The village has an ancient past and was named after the baths of King Evagoras – the king of the Ancient city-state of Salamis – with finds that date back to the Late Bronze Age III. As such, it has a number of interesting, old buildings and historic churches, including the church of Apostolos Peter and Paul, and Agios Kendeas Monastery.

Just on the outskirts of Avgorou along a lane you will find tucked away a very private bungalow with no immediate neighbours and not overlooked at all.  The bungalow has been extended over the years to accommodate a growing family so now has three bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed and is next to the family bathroom and it has great wardrobe space, one bunk bed room shares a guest toilet with a second double room.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner make it a very social home and has a beautiful fireplace to cuddle up with in winter months.  The property also has a sun room off the main kitchen/living area which sweeps to the outside area.  There are gardens around the property and an orchard and outhouses maybe.  The landlord currently has chickens if you wanted  to continue in the country way.

The property can be available with notice of 2-4 weeks.  As the landlord currently lives at the property booking a viewing in advance is required.
