These apartment are in the most central location walking distance to most business, beaches, amenities etc in the Ayia Napa area.  We have some one bed room apartment and some studio apartments.  They are very clean and well maintained and provide linen for all beds.  The complex has two washing machines for tenant use only.  Some parking is also available.

Terms for renting these apartments will be

1.  Available from 15.03.20 until the 15.11.20.  8 months only.
2.  All monies payable up front.
3.  Deposit of €500 will be required
4.  Tenant responsible for all water/electric/refuse.
5. Deposit will be refunded at end of tenancy when all bills are settle and no damages are found.
